––– For this home on Beach Street in Cottesloe, Marvell Tile and Stone collaborated with award-winning designer Jess O’Shea to bring mid-century modern style to life. From terrazzo floors to mosaic splashbacks, every line and pattern is flawlessly finished, demonstrating that expert tiling can turn iconic style into a contemporary statement.

––– This Cottesloe abode demonstrates our signature precision and expertise in mid-century modern design. Collaborating with designer Jess O’Shea, the team focused on clean lines, flawless repetition, and absolute attention to detail to create a chic, relaxed, beachside aesthetic. This sense of rhythm is created using premium materials. In the ensuite, a combination of 150 mm × 150 mm matte-finish floor and wall tiles, complemented by cube mosaics from Perini Tiles, were installed with precision to ensure every line remained perfectly crisp. The kitchen floor features Bernini terrazzo tiles elevated by playful aggregates, delivering a cool, eye-catching finish. Mid-century green mosaic splash-backs in the kitchen, laundry, and scullery were laid to the millimetre, and beautifully complement the warmth of the spotted gum cabinetry. Across every surface, our team demonstrated how expert tiling and premium materials transform functional spaces into refined, enduring design statements — where style, precision, and craftsmanship come together beautifully to create a home that is as functional as it is spectacular.
