Reflecting the Western Australian way of living, the project also showcases technical excellence, innovative problem-solving and the transformative power of tiles in architectural landscaping.

––– For the outdoor areas and alfresco spaces of this West Leederville home, Marvell Tile and Stone collaborated with designer Mon Palmer and Werd Landscapes. William and the team lay natural limestone tiles in a classic French pattern across expansive outdoor living areas. The pool became the centrepiece, with large-format limestone wrapping its walls and forming the capping for a seamless architectural finish. Precision was absolutely critical: our meticulous set-out ensured full tiles aligned perfectly at key transitions, from the rear garden staircase to the pool steps. In a clever innovation, a custom frameless skimmer lid was fabricated on site to blend invisibly into the stonework. With its tight spaces and complex junctions, this project demanded innovation, careful planning, accuracy and attention to detail. One of our earliest projects and proudest achievements, West Leederville showcases our ability to elevate outdoor spaces through exceptional craftsmanship.
